    TheRole:

    • Thecandidate would manage UGHI Sales Unit including managing theentire commercial relationship with UGHI/Alpha managers on behalfof the company Including managing team in line with Al Mufidstrategy and business agreements with UGHI including thefollowing:
    • Annual Sales Budgets by Brand/Channel in terms of units, value, and GP
    • Manageentire Channel Sales & Merchandising teams to ensure propersales, distribution & execution of trade marketing plans inall relevant channels Retail-Pharma-Ecommerce, wholesale,Government & B2B
    • Manage the P&Lof the brand and sales unit to ensure achievement ofbudgets.
    • Directly communicate and plan withUGHI/Alpha teams mutual agreed activities andtargets.
    • Ensure all trade marketing activitiesincluding BDA, promotions, listing, rentals are fully approved andsmoothly settled by UGHI.
    • Provide seniormanagement with periodical reporting as and whenrequired.

    The Skills AndQualifications

    • University degree in Marketing /Sales/ Business Administration/ Economics/Commerce.
    • Above 10 years relevant experiencemanaging relevant Personal care / Baby care category brands in theUAE or GCC region is an advantage
    • Previousexperience managing relevant brands
    • Knowledgeof planning and executing trade marketingactivities
