Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our buildings and equipment.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and upgrades to facilities
  • Manage the maintenance budget and ensure costeffective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and implement energysaving initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the facilities team

Skills:


  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and working with logic controllers
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in maintenance management or facilities management
  • Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Pay:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
