- Coordinate sales team by managingschedules, filing important documents and communicating relevantinformation
- Ensure the adequacy ofsales-related equipment or material
- Respond tocomplaints from customers and give after-sales support whenrequested
- Store and sort financial andnon-financial data in electronic form and presentreports
- Handle the processing of all orderswith accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients ofunforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor theteam's progress, identify shortcomings and proposeimprovements
- Assist in the preparation andorganizing of promotional material orevents
- Ensure adherence to laws andpolicies
- Proven experience in sales;experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrativepositions will be considered a plus;
- Goodcomputer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency inEnglish
- Well-organized and responsible with anaptitude for problem-solving
- Excellent verbaland written communication skills
- A team playerwith a high level of dedication
