    • Coordinate sales team by managingschedules, filing important documents and communicating relevantinformation
    • Ensure the adequacy ofsales-related equipment or material
    • Respond tocomplaints from customers and give after-sales support whenrequested
    • Store and sort financial andnon-financial data in electronic form and presentreports
    • Handle the processing of all orderswith accuracy and timeliness
    • Inform clients ofunforeseen delays or problems
    • Monitor theteam's progress, identify shortcomings and proposeimprovements
    • Assist in the preparation andorganizing of promotional material orevents
    • Ensure adherence to laws andpolicies

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales;experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrativepositions will be considered a plus;
    • Goodcomputer skills (MS Office)
    • Proficiency inEnglish
    • Well-organized and responsible with anaptitude for problem-solving
    • Excellent verbaland written communication skills
    • A team playerwith a high level of dedication
