Description
We are currently looking for Pasty Chef, who has amazing skills in making different Pastries.


Responsibilities:

Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards

Responsible for kitchen restocking, providing continuous delivery of products that meet quality standards, and

Understanding and enforcing all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Control food cost and usage by following proper requisition of products from storage areas, product storage procedures, standard recipes, and waste control procedures including checking and maintaining proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points


Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs.


Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Head Chief for Pastries.
  • Handson experience in managing a restaurant.
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques.
  • Team Leading skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and undertake various
