a) 3+ years of relevant work experience in financial/retail/e-commerce space
b) Experience with month end financial closure and reporting activities
c) Ability to provide insightful analysis to support business decision making and challenge where appropriate
d) Effective problem solving/analytical skills
e) Experience in designing, building and automating standard reports and dashboards
f) Advance Excel Skills and required High level of aptitude with SQL
g) Experience with Tableau or similar tools
h) Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention-to-detail
i) Strong time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
