The Customer Care Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues. They handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. The Customer Care Agent also identifies opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and regularly attend training sessions.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and obtain feedback.
• Assist in creating and updating customer service manual and documentation.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
