- Oversee the day-to-day operations of recreational facilities and marinas, ensuring seamless and exceptional service delivery.

- Develop and manage budgets for recreation and marina departments, optimizing resources while maintaining service excellence.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to create integrated guest experiences and effective promotional campaigns.
- Provide ongoing training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and ensure a high level of service competency.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, guest feedback, and areas for improvement.
