Job duties and responsibilities

  • Capable of helping mechanics perform maintenance and repairs such as tuneups and oil changes, checking tires and brakes, replacing spark plugs and engages in other similar tasks as required.
  • Inspecting equipment for signs of wear and tear, performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotation, and brake inspections as required.
  • Proficient in maintaining contact with supervisors to receive instructions on work progress and status updates.
  • Capable of preparing equipment for service by cleaning and lubricating parts.
  • Capable of performing basic automotive repair tasks such as changing oil, replacing filters, and replacing parts such as spark plugs and belts as and when needed.
  • Capable of operating power tools such as grinders and drills to remove rust and paint from machinery.
  • Capable of using hand tools such as screwdrivers and hammers to assemble or dismantle machinery parts.
  • Capable of working with other mechanics to diagnose problems with equipment and machines.
  • Competent in helping mechanics with more difficult tasks such as installing engines or welding parts together.

Job qualifications/requirements
⁄2 years of proven experience working as a Mechanical Helper in any GCC country.

  • Should have the ability to diagnose and repair faults on various types of equipment and should be knowledgeable of various tools and equipment used in repair and maintenance.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Selfmotivated with a handson flexible approach capable of adapting to variable changes.

Salary:
From AED900.00 per month
