- Designing the Future State
- Customization and Configuration- RCM/ONB/PMGM/EC/ECP
- Support and design the implementation of the HR Analytics framework using best in class tools like SuccessFactors, Workforce Analytics
- Execution and support of cyclical activities across all HR systems modules with minimal systems downtime.
- Achieve set targets for SLAs and CSAT
- Assist with bulk master data maintenance/update requests and required admin tasks.
- Ensure all changes/updates are properly documented.
- Perform assigned testing and validations activities for any system changes as part of the Change Control Process.
- Create/support in creating enhanced user system guides for training users.
- Participate in developing data management and reporting frameworks.
