An amazing opportunity has opened up for a Shisha Waiter to join our All Day Dining restaurant Afya.

The successful applicant will work as the heart and soul of the restaurant, making sure all our guests have the most curated and enjoyable experience that Traders has to offer.

Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.

What will you do?

Interact with clients and understand their needs.
To be knowledgeable about the Shisha flavours and the method to make a Shisha.
To keep a track of all the Shisha flavours and reorder when necessary.
Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
Work with Afya colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.

The hotel comprises 301 well-appointed guestrooms and suites. Rooms start at a spacious 32 square metres and feature a stylish design of warm tones and comfortable furnishings.
