- Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering,Optional Masters and MBA degree would be addedadvantage
- Proven professional experience in asimilar role.
- Excellent command of English.Arabic would be an added advantage.
- You havefamiliarity with power systems, electrical machines, gearmotors anddrives technology.
- Ability to drive and travelintensively around the region & available to business tripswithin the Middle East and alsointernationally.
- 10 years plus experience insales & marketing of Motors & Drive Application andsystem Business with End User sector, OEM And EPC. Optional: Min 5years of Project Management Experience in Drive Systems Businessand has worked on project Opportunities with the involvement ofvirtual teams.
- Analytical thinking,decision-making, change orientation, and good communicationskills
- At least 2-4 years ofintercultural/internationalexperience.
