Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tendering Officer to join our team.

As a Tendering Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for goods and services required by our organization.

Please note:
This position does not pertain to the construction and engineering industry or similar.

Preferred Industry:
Events, Digital Marketing, Recruitment, Healthcare

Develop and implement procurement strategies for goods and services required by the organization.
Identify and assess potential suppliers to ensure that they meet the organization's requirements.
Prepare and issue tenders, request for proposals (RFPs), and request for quotations (RFQs).
Evaluate supplier responses to tenders and negotiate contracts with successful bidders.
Ensure compliance with the organization's procurement policies and procedures.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
Maintain records of all procurement activities and track budgets.
Liaise with other departments to ensure that all procurement activities are coordinated effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
23 years of experience in procurement, tendering, or supply chain management.
Experience working with procurement software and systems.
Must know how to Identify, Analyze and Submit Tenders (Both for Technical and Financial)
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
