MPM Support Executive - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Allianz Partners

Description

• Support to drive the strategy andobjectives devised by the Regional Head of MPMMEA.
• Arrange daily appointments for theRegional Head of MPM MEA which includes managing their calendar andmeetings.
• Manage daily administrative work(handling calls, processing business correspondence, emails, travelbooking).
• Support planning and delivery of MPMMEA regional workstreams as part of key strategic activities,working in close collaboration with the Regional MEA MPM team, plusMPM Global and Central teams.
• Collaborationwith wider MPM function and other stakeholders across thebusiness.
• Support delivery and maintenance ofregular (weekly / monthly) dashboards and reporting on deliveryagainst strategic MEA objectives, Regional, Global and RegulatoryProjects to Regional Head of MPM MEA.
• Datacollection and preparation for MPM MEA Commercial Reviews, Mid-Yearand Year End Status updates. Attending to any ad-hocdashboards/reports/presentation requirements in line with the MEAregional objectives.
• Support Regional Head ofMPM MEA to ensure effective governance exists across the MEAregion. Follow-up on monthly reporting and steering of the projectsrelated to MPM MEA.
• Communicate regularly,effectively and efficiently with MEA Regional, Global and Centralteams.
• Support on projects(Global/Regional/Local Regulatory) as and when assigned by theRegional Head of MPM.
• Assist in the regularreview of governance processes including analyzing existingprocesses, and implementing changes, documenting new processes andprocedures to support compliance, continuous improvement andinnovative best practice in governance.
• Supportwith compliance, maintenance and updates of desktop procedures,checklists etc.
• Maintain a high level ofconfidentiality at all times.
• Support Head ofFunction in documentation and monitoring of the Local &Regional DOAP (Delegation of AuthorityPolicy).
• Timely escalation to Regional Head ofMPM for any deviations from the companies objectives andvision.
• Ability to deliver on admin targets setlocally, regionally & globally.
• Adaptto the Allianz Partners Systems Infrastructure within all lines ofbusinesses.
• Other activities as directed by theRegional Head of MPM MEA from time totime.
