Description

• Identify requirements and scope ofwork, review specifications, drawings and other documents of theproject and establish applicability to the scope ofwork.
• Keep technically updated through thestudy of related technical literature including procedures andguidelines.
• Provide necessary inputs tocommissioning proposals at the biddingstage.
• Be continually present on the field toguarantee the quality and progress of thework.
• Ability to perform Job Safety Analysis(JSA) and toll box talk to executing theactivities.
• Ability to complete reports andcheck sheets, receive client's supervisorapproval/signature and submit to the turnover team for uploading inCMS.
• Ability to organize and executePre-commissioning/Commissioning activities and provide detailedreport to senior engineer.
• Attend daily meetingwith Commissioning coordinator and team leaders to update theprogress and receive daily reports.
• Regularlycontact with discipline engineers and supervisors for solvingproblems related to project execution worksafely.
• Ability to lead team of supervisors andtechnicians to execute the work.
• Perform anyother related duties and responsibilities as and when directed bythe Supervisor.
• Ability to produce projectspecific procedures, Preservation & Maintenance checksheets, matrix and schedules.
• Ability to findout technical problems associated with rotating/static equipmentand mechanical packages/valves are identified and resolved orcoordinated with the respective vendor.
• Abilityto preserve and maintain rotating equipment after equipmentcommissioning and start-up.
• Ability to performvarious activities related to rotating equipment likes lube oilflushing, alignment, lubrication, vibration checks, start-upetc.
• Ability to perform various activitiesrelated to static equipment likes proper installation of internalinside the vessels as per drawing &specifications.
• Ability to perform variousactivities such as mechanical interlock, pipeline piggingactivities, spring support, hot & coldsetting.
• Ability to perform air blowing,flushing, leak testing, flange management, drying &inerting of various piping.
  

EssentialQualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's Degree inEngineering with experience in Oil & Gasindustry.
