    Our client an international private investment firm with offices in JLT Dubai, are seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrative Assistant to assist with office administration. Your responsibilities will include document processing, database maintenance, and communication with both the public and internal stakeholders. Candidates must have excellent communication in English and speak Russian.

    We require someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proven experience in a secretarial / administrative capacity. The company are focused on promoting fromw ithin and their aim is for you to move into a more senior role relatively quickly.

    Your duties and responsibilities will include:
    • Directing calls, emails, and faxes to appropriate departments.
    • Scheduling appointments, meetings, events, and managing packages.
    • Monitoring office supply levels and placing orders as needed.
    • Supporting with travel arrangements.
    • Coordinating facilities and refreshments for events/meetings if necessary.
    • Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and staff.
    • Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
    • Completing tasks/assignments independently.
    • Gathering and organizing materials and information for projects or individuals.
    • Conducting research for assigned projects or individuals.
    • Managing petty cash and related expenses.
    • Handling daily online shopping to ensure snack and refreshment availability in office.
    • Adhering to best business practices and etiquette.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • At least 3 years of experience working within the Gulf in an Administrative role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop.
    • Punctuality and a positive attitude.
