Role Summary:


As Manager, Revenue Analytics and Growth, you will strategize, lead, project manage and own key initiatives and projects on revenue optimisation and business growth.

Driving this workstream requires you to analyse data, build dashboards, create country level plans, and work closely with senior stakeholders across regional sales, logistics, finance and local sales functions.

You will be part of the Sales Performance function regionally and will also be involved in special projects and growth initiatives from C level stakeholders.


What's On Your Plate:

  • Driving revenue and growth initiatives regionally to ensure business achieves budgeted goals.
  • Build excellent tracking and dashboarding on investment spent and revenues for sales teams, senior executives and Clevels
  • Solve for unit economics and ensure all drivers are in harmony with business priorities and goals
  • Run projects end to end to ensure the business achieves specific strategic initiatives within each market and regionally
  • Run experiments, special projects and pilots to develop future product solutions for the business model
  • Create presentations for Directors, Clevel and management ensuring thorough
- understanding and perspective is built across all stakeholders

  • Work with global teams and counterparts to accelerate insights and think through long term revenue and growth strategy
  • Collaborate with local sales, regional finance, product and logistics teams to support key initiatives
  • Identify and prioritise revenue and growth levers and prioritise based on investment amount and ROI.

What Did We Order:

  • 8 years of relevant experience in managing revenue projects
  • Previous work experience in revenue analytics and driving growth initiatives
  • Deep understanding of finance metrics, P&L management and unit economics
  • Track record of successful delivery of projects and good understanding of project management
  • Adept with data and dashboarding understanding of SQL, Tableau, data studio, statistics, finance models
  • Preferred previous work experience in eCommerce, Foodtech or consulting
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good understanding of sales functions
  • Bias for action, high degree of ownership of work, empathy, ability to collaborate and work with multiple cross functional teams.
