This Project Managerwill be working solely for the ITdepartment.

The ideal candidate will beresponsible for overseeing all aspects of project management,including planning, setting goals, defining project scope, andmanaging project deadlines and schedules. You will work closelywith vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projectcompletion within the budget and timeline. You will also beresponsible for documenting project plans, status reports, and riskmanagement strategies. This role requires strong analytical skillsand a thorough understanding of project managementprinciples.

Responsibilities

• Defining project scope, goals, anddeliverables that support business goals in collaboration withsenior management and stakeholders.
• Plan,execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines andwithin budget.
• Developing full-scale projectplans and associated communicationsdocuments.
• Identifying and managing projectdependencies and critical paths, and preparing risk managementstrategies.
• Planning and scheduling projecttimelines and milestones using appropriatetools.
• Developing and delivering progressreports, proposals, requirements documentation, andpresentations.
• Proactively managing changes inproject scope, identifying potential crises, and devisingcontingency plans.
• Building, developing, andgrowing any business relationships vital to the success of theproject.
• Conducting project post mortems andcreating a recommendations report to identify successful andunsuccessful project elements.
• Resolvingproject issues and risks to ensure the successful completion ofprojects.
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of experienceas an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience inproject management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, andWaterfall.
• Demonstrated ability to lead andmanage large-scale IT projects from initiation tocompletion.
