Country Manager -GCC

Responsibilities:


  • Consumer Electronics Expansion:
  • Develop and execute a targeted market entry and expansion strategy for the brand in the GCC region.
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers within the Electronics industry.
  • B2B Sales Leadership:
  • Lead the B2B sales team to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Develop and nurture longterm relationships with Consumer Electronics industry players.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement strategic initiatives tailored to the Consumer Electronics market.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a highperforming regional team, emphasizing B2B sales expertise and customer relationship management.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the professional development of team members.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Consumer Electronics sector.
  • Understand customer needs and collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to market demands.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee daytoday operations, including B2B sales, marketing, and customer support, with a focus on the Consumer Electronics market.
  • Implement efficient processes and systems to optimize operational performance.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans, specifically for Consumer Electronicsfocused operations.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement measures to enhance costeffectiveness.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay informed about local regulations and compliance requirements within the Consumer Electronics sector in the GCC region.
  • Ensure the company operates in full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on B2B sales within the Consumer Electronics.
  • Track record of successfully expanding business operations in the GCC region.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to build and lead diverse, highperformance teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
