Country Manager -GCC
Responsibilities:
- Consumer Electronics Expansion:
- Develop and execute a targeted market entry and expansion strategy for the brand in the GCC region.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers within the Electronics industry.
- B2B Sales Leadership:
- Lead the B2B sales team to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop and nurture longterm relationships with Consumer Electronics industry players.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement strategic initiatives tailored to the Consumer Electronics market.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a highperforming regional team, emphasizing B2B sales expertise and customer relationship management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the professional development of team members.
- Customer Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Consumer Electronics sector.
- Understand customer needs and collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to market demands.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daytoday operations, including B2B sales, marketing, and customer support, with a focus on the Consumer Electronics market.
- Implement efficient processes and systems to optimize operational performance.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans, specifically for Consumer Electronicsfocused operations.
- Monitor financial performance and implement measures to enhance costeffectiveness.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about local regulations and compliance requirements within the Consumer Electronics sector in the GCC region.
- Ensure the company operates in full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on B2B sales within the Consumer Electronics.
- Track record of successfully expanding business operations in the GCC region.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customercentric approach.
- Ability to build and lead diverse, highperformance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
