We're based in two offices - Kraków (IT, Operations, HR, Business) and Berlin (Fleet, Finance, and Sales).


Responsibilities:

• Shortlisting of potential new partner fleets, cold calling to acquire new leads, and lead qualification.
• Continuous monitoring of service quality by using key performance indicators.
• Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line.
• Market research and competitor analysis.
• Account development (e.g. in defining strategic initiatives to fully integrate fleets in the Talixo system).
• Onboarding and training of new fleets.
• Close collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools

Requirements:

• Background: University/college degree ideally with a business focus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement
• Knowledge of the travel industry
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi/Urdu/Tamil.
• Arabic language skill is a plus
• Strong datadriven mindset and experience in working with KPIs.
• A structured approach to problemsolving, able to work independently and creatively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intercultural experience.
• Team player, willing to learn and develop.
