Job Description The IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various IT positions within an organization.

This role involves building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their requirements to effectively identify and attract top talent. The IT Recruiter executes recruitment strategies, conducts interviews, and assesses candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. They also manage the offer process and facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify IT staffing needs and job requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments or coding tests for candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage communication and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruiting platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
