Position Overview:
As the Manager at Koncrete, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and growth of our unique specialty coffee shop, concept store, and pop space.
You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, managing a team, and driving the success of the Koncrete brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of Koncrete, ensuring seamless coordination between the coffee shop, concept store, and pop space.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the establishment.

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of baristas, retail associates, and event staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.
3.
Customer Experience:
- Uphold the Koncrete brand's commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Interact with customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback to continuously improve services.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
4.
Specialty Coffee Expertise:
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of specialty coffee, including brewing methods, flavor profiles, and coffee origins.
- Train staff to create consistently excellent coffee beverages and uphold the highest quality standards.
5.
Concept Store Management:
- Curate and manage the merchandise assortment in the concept store, aligning with the Koncrete brand and customer preferences.
- Monitor sales trends, analyze product performance, and adjust inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers and artisans to source unique, highquality products.
6.
Events and Pop Space:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute popup events, workshops, and experiences within the designated pop space area.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and drive foot traffic to the space.
7.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage budgetary targets, expenses, and revenues to ensure financial sustainability.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales while maintaining profitability.
8.
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular reports to the management team on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and operational updates.
- Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, HR, and finance.
9.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
- Implement and maintain COVID19 safety protocols as needed.
10.
Innovation and Growth:
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for expanding the Koncrete brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in hospitality, specialty coffee, retail management, or related roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Passion for specialty coffee, design, and creating unique customer experiences.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate opening, closing, and event requirements.
Salary:
AED6, AED7,500.00 per month
