- 5+ years' experience transporting large, fabricated components on land and water.
- 5+ years' experience with Arctic North Slope facilities and projects
- 5+ years' experience with our client's Capital Projects Management System (CPMS)
- Advanced level technical competence and understanding of unique Alaska transportation and fabrication requirements.
- Advanced level multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
- Demonstrated performance as part of a team working on a large project and interfacing with other project leadership.
- Listens actively and invites dialogue for shared understanding, then influences and acts to drive performance and achieve results.
- Builds strong relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals.
