- Degree in Mechanical Engineering(B.Sc./B.Eng) or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 yearsrelevant experience in the oil and gasindustry
- Minimum of 8 years proven capabilityas a Senior Piping Stress Engineer role in engineering designcompany.
- Piping Layout and/or Materialsknowledge will be preferred
- Previous experienceof working in the Middle East would be anadvantage.
- Thorough knowledge and understandingof the fundamentals of piping engineering design andanalysis.
- Thorough awareness of relevantinternational codes and standards
- Familiar withthe typical software packages that are used for piping engineeringdesign and selection, including 3D model-baseddesign.
- Experience with Concept Selection andFEED studies
