About The Role


The Employee Engagement Manager is directly responsible for creating and driving an integrated culture and engagement strategy that is aligned with the company's vision and business strategy for all ATI employees.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Build trusting relationships with Business Leaders, HR colleagues and employees to develop a deep understanding of the organization's workforce and culture needs to foster a climate that respects and values diversity, inclusion and belonging among employees to build engagement and continually develop our culture.
  • Lead, develop and execute creative strategies to meet people centric engagement KPIs, goals, and expectations.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy with continuous feedback loops to successfully measure and assess culture through the "pulse" of colleagues and work collaboratively to develop plans for action and report on the action we take.
  • Develops and executes annual budgets and proposals, timelines, and creative design to increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture.
  • Assess people practices, HR processes, policies, and systems to gauge the impact on the people experience and culture.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to inform sound talent attraction strategies and messages to attract and retain diverse talent.
  • Identify improvements with programs and communications and develop tools and resources to support cultural and ongoing performance improvement.
  • In partnership with people analytics, prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to engagement initiatives and communicate necessary information to business partners and management in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices as it relates to company culture, diversityrelated issues, legislation, and best practices.
  • Acts as a champion for all Employee Experience related initiatives, processes, and program and owns the projects end to end.
  • Oversees the overall production of internal communications, events, and programs materials, including newsletters, for the purpose of communicating critical information to employees. Ensures all communications reaches multigenerations, diverse employees, and various levels of education.
  • Collects timely data to support business initiatives through focus groups, surveys, town halls, oneonone interviews, and other methodology; evaluates and applies the data to support decisions.
  • Bring to live a new employer brand and immerse employees in our new identity
  • Creating proactive approaches to wellbeing in the organization to drive physical and mental wellbeing

About You

  • Five or more years' experience in managerial level experience leading employee engagement initiatives and culture programs at a multinational company
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously end to end
  • Experiences with managing budget
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Selfstarter with ability to lead and influence crossbusiness and diverse teams
  • Positive relationship management, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as an active member of multiple teams
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
