Are you interested in building the latest in EV charger technology?EPG () is currently seeking a full time, on-site Senior Electrical Engineer for one of our partners that is a leader in building EV chargingIn this position, you will contribute to the electrical development of a unique EV charger, acting as a mentor when needed and helping drive decision-making across multi-disciplined development ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and documenting electrical requirements for relevant Participating in and driving all stages of electrical development, designing reviews, testing plans, hardware validation and Testing and validating PCB Ensuring electrical engineering best practices towards all stages of hardware PCB design schematic capture and layout from concept to product Debugging both low-power and high-power Running circuit simulations to qualify preliminary Driving cost-down exercises on product BOMs to prepare products for mass productionRequirementsBachelor
s degree in Electrical Engineering5+ years of experience in electronic hardware development for a commercial 3+ years of experience in Automotive, EV charging, Industrial, high-power markets, or Familiarity with EV and general safety Extensive experience in circuit schematic capture and PCB layout software like Experience in all stages of hardware product development from product inception to product Experience driving electrical hardware cost-down exercises to ready designs for mass PreferredMaster
s Experience with a technology Extensive experience designing electrical hardware to UL safety Extensive experience designing for radiated emissions/FCC Experience with electrical circuit modeling and simulation software, like Experience specifying and developing IOT Experience with high frequency/differential signal Experience with high power Highly skilled with Python, MATLab, C/C++.Demonstrated ability to mentor junior Knowledge of the AC distribution system in industrial spaces (3 phase power).
Bachelor
s degree in Electrical Engineering 5+ years of experience in electronic hardware development for a commercial
