Job Summary:

As a Conference and Event Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling participation opportunities in our conferences, events, and exhibitions.

Your primary focus will be on attracting sponsors, exhibitors, and delegates, ensuring the success of our events and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

This position requires a proactive, enthusiastic, and persuasive sales professional with a passion for the events industry.


Responsibilities:


Business Development:
Identify and approach potential sponsors, exhibitors, and delegates to promote participation in our conferences and events.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service to ensure repeat business.


Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of participating in our events.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.


Collaborative Approach:

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and deliver on commitments to clients.


Post-Event Feedback:
Gather feedback from clients and participants to continually improve the quality of our events and services.


Requirements:


Proven Sales Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in conference and event sales or related fields.

Result-Oriented:
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Relationship Builder:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the events and conferences industry, including key players and current trends.

Organizational Skills:
Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work outside regular business hours and travel for client meetings and events, as required.

UAE Valid driving license is a must.

Bachelor's Degree:
A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (required)
