Description

1.


Fleet Management:


  • Develop and implement a system to track the maintenance and repairs of all vehicles in the fleet, including a schedule for routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Monitor the fleet's overall condition and make recommendations for repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, as well as the costs associated with each vehicle.
  • Implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.

Dispatch:


  • Develop and implement procedures for handling customer requests, including trip scheduling, changes, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activity, including customer information, driver information, and trip details.
  • Implement technology solutions to improve dispatch efficiency and accuracy, such as GPS tracking and automated scheduling etc.
  • Train dispatch staff to handle all types of customer inquiries and complaints, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Driver Management:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive driver training program to ensure that all drivers are properly trained in safety, customer service, and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely collection of dues from all the drivers.
  • Monitor driver performance on an ongoing basis, using metrics such as customer satisfaction ratings, safety records, and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to drivers to help them improve their performance.
  • Ensure that all drivers are properly licensed and insured, and that they are in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Customer Service:


  • Establish and communicate clear customer service standards and policies for the staff to follow.
  • Develop and implement a system for measuring customer satisfaction and using feedback to improve service.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train all staff to provide excellent customer service at all times, and to go above and beyond to meet customer needs and expectations.

Compliance:


  • Ensure that operations are in compliance with relevant regulations, including safety, environmental, and RTA regulations etc.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations, including drug testing, driver background checks, and safety inspections.
  • Monitor compliance and implement improvements as necessary to ensure that the company is operating legally and ethically at all times.
  • Keep uptodate with any changes to regulations or industry standards, and adjust policies and procedures as needed.

Financial Management:


  • Compliance with the budget for the operations department, including all expenses related to fleet management, driver management, dispatch, and customer service.
  • Analyse financial data on an ongoing basis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve profitability, such as optimizing fuel efficiency, negotiating better rates with vendors and suppliers, and implementing costsaving measures.
  • Implement systems for monitoring and controlling expenses, and develop metrics to track the financial performance of the operations department.

Strategic Planning:


  • Develop and implement shortterm and longterm plans for the operations department, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure that operations support the company's overall strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and developments, and adjust plans and strategies as needed to stay competitive and meet customer needs.
  • Ensure that the operations department is positioned for success by identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities, such as expanding into new markets or offering new services.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role and in the luxury transportation industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.


Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
