- Experience which focuses on maritime,aviation, dispute resolution including classactions
- Proven experience working on litigationmatters within the Supreme and Federal Courts, and a commitment totechnical excellence
- Established skills relatedto leading e-discovery and electronic data collection in thecontext of large, complex litigation
- Classaction experience and ideally marine, international trade and/ortransport experience
- Strong academiccredentials, self-driven with excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Pro-active critical andproblem-solving skills to not only support the team's workbut to also find creative newsolutions
- Excellent organisational skills toprovide leadership and timely responses to team andinternal/external clients
