Job Description:


Sales Operations Project Executive

The Role


The Sales Operations Project Executive supports a business unit sales team, who are selling across different regions, multiple brands (products/events), and customers.

Sales Operations is a pivotal new function within the business, providing structured sales administration, the process of rebooking an event using Salesforce (CRM) as well as the online rebook platform, data analysis, reporting, and information entry support to Sales teams.

The Sales Operations Project Executive will report to the Sales Operations Director.

The role will work closely with Commercial Sales Team, Sales Operations Team Leaders, Rebook platform supplier Team, and other stakeholders, to support the timely setup and management of the online rebook platform, among other Sales Operations Project Executive tasks.


The Sales Operations Project Executive will be required to get familiar with the Sales systems such as Salesforce and provide support in the setup and management of rebook campaigns on the online rebook platform.

Furthermore, the role will assist in the management of data quality, accuracy, and consistency for the business unit, whilst also being on hand to support specific business unit reporting or analysis requirements.


Responsibilities:


Rebook Project Management

  • Create a rebook strategy which will align with the requirements of the business, in coordination with the rest of the Sales Operations team members.
  • Setup the Event on Expocad 3E and liaising with Expocad 3E Team to ensure the business requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the online rebook platform (setup, changes, reporting, access and licenses, etc.).

Salesforce Management

  • Salesforce CRM management, Sales Operations and Sales support as and when required.

  • Ability to proactively handle and respond to queries from internal customers.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce.
  • Experience of data analysis and manipulation.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.

Desired

  • Experience in working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Previous experience in the B2B / B2C events industry.
