As a sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, motivating, and empowering our sales team, devising and executing effective sales strategies, and propelling our business to new heights of growth.

mobile accessory industry.

Key Responsibilities:


Spearhead the company's sales efforts and drive revenue growth by setting ambitious sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at B2B companies.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts and present them to senior management

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics

Managing the sales budget and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets

Prepare e-commerce sales reports and forecasts and present them to senior management

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners

Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance

Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation


Requirements:

Only individuals with work experience in the field of mobile phone, electronics gadget or mobile phone accessories will have their resumes reviewed

A strong understanding of the mobile phone accessories market and competitive landscape.

Expertise in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform sales strategies.

A proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.


Proven experience as a sales manager in the mobile phone or mobile phone accessories industry, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

In-depth knowledge of mobile phone accessories, including the latest trends, technologies, and market dynamics

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, address challenges, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.


Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
