Description

• Performing complex engineeringtasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently andaccurately.
• Extracting engineering informationfrom CAD drawings. Preparing engineering computations, materialquantity take-offs, estimates, surveys, anddesigns.
• Frequently interfacing with otherEngineering disciplines as well as otherdepartments.
• Preparing detailed requisitionsfor equipment and materials.
• Completing avariety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and othermaterials suitable for procurement and constructionpurposes.
• Reviewing supplier drawing submittalsand performs technical bid analyses.
• Preparingand issuing specifications, data sheets, and other constructiondocuments.
• Providing technical guidance to CADDesigner/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working onthe same project.
• May act in an advisorycapacity to senior management personnel on engineering relatedmatters.
• Performing other responsibilitiesassociated with this position as may beappropriate.

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering, or similar discipline with at least 7 years'of relevant experience
• Strong design/reviewexperience.
• Strong team player with the abilityto balance conflicting priorities and take timelydecisions.
• Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal.
