We are looking for a brilliant Sales & Marketing Coordinator & Developer to join our growing team

- Are skilled in managing administrative tasks and ensuring projects stay on track.
- Are a social media enthusiast with talent and intuition to support the creation of contents and campaign.
- Are extremely well organized and techsavvy.
- Have handson experience in setting processes and dashboards.
- Have a good knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Have great attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy.
- Support external agencies, consultants, and specialists working on the company's marketing and sales activities.
- Analyze marketing efforts to identify areas for improvement in processes, content, and lead generation, ensuring alignment with short
- Prepare reports and track metrics to measure the success of marketing programs.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Compile and analyse market research data, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
- Conduct ongoing research on market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape, summarizing findings in reports.
Marketing Operations & Support:
- Assist management in establishing and evaluating marketing strategies. This includes gathering sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and maintaining calendars.
- Communicate campaign details (objectives, timelines, deliverables) to sales and operational teams, providing instructions for usage and promotion.
- Plan and organize meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by handling logistics, attendee registration, material preparation, and mailing lists.
Content Creation & Management:
- Manage and update the company's CRM system with accurate customer and sales data, ensuring accessibility for the team.
Social Media & Lead Generation:
- Develop and maintain social media profiles across various platforms, creating engaging content to connect with the audience and promote products/services.
- Continuously seek new sources of potential customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
Sales Support:
- Assist in processing sales orders, preparing quotes, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and goals, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain an inventory of sales and marketing support materials, ensuring they are current, accurate, and readily available for events and presentations. Coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Communicate regularly with various stakeholders on business progress and key metrics to align with organisational requirements.

Pay:
From AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
- sales and marketing: 3 years (preferred)
