    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Downstream Chemical Engineer withexperience in chemicals mainly in olefins aromatics & syntheticrubber manufacturing to join our Affiliates ManufacturingExcellence Department (AMED) Affiliates Manufacturing ExcellenceDepartment (AMED) is a multifunctional business unit and a frontoffice setup to oversee This Company Affiliates operationalperformance manage HSSE and facilitate driving manufacturingexcellence across the portfolio. AMED Acts as the primary interfacebetween This Company and Affiliates by advising coordinatingassuring and prompting services & support and conductingAffiliates manufacturing performance analysis and benchmarking.Your primary role will be to provide technical expertise inconducting benchmarking and analyzing the performance of GlobalManufacturing chemicals assets. You will also be expected toprovide support in closing the performance gaps identified in thebenchmarking process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze chemical assets economics to findoptimization opportunities.
    • Conduct studies toimprove global manufacturing operations.
    • Review and confirm the competitive status of globalmanufacturing assets.
    • Advise management onchemical asset performance.
    • Lead thedevelopment of solutions for identified performancegaps.
    • Create plans to optimize expenses andmargins for manufacturing assets.
    • Coordinatewith asset owners to set and monitor performancetargets.
    • Evaluate the future impact of plannedcapital improvements.

    Requirements:

    • This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
    • Bachelors degree inChemical Engineering or related field required; advanced degreepreferred.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experiencein chemical process units with at least 5 years as an asseteconomist.
    • Working knowledge of chemicalsindustry process plant characteristics is essential.
    • Ability to facilitate technical discussions and influencevarious stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in dataanalysis and data visualization tools is required.
