Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in the UAE.

Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Culinary Skills: Mastering various cooking techniques, including grilling, frying, roasting, poaching, and sous-vide, and applying them to different dishes.
• Station Management: Ensuring efficient workflow, managing inventory, maintaining quality control, and prioritizing tasks during busy service periods.
• Teamwork and Leadership: Supervising junior staff, collaborating with other chefs, and delegating tasks effectively.
• Menu Knowledge and Creativity: In-depth knowledge of the menu, adapting to changes, and contributing to menu development.
• Sanitation and Food Safety: Maintaining a clean kitchen environment, following food safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience working in a high-cover environment with Arabic, French, or Italian cuisine.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team.
• Able to adapt to changes in the menu and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within the speciality section.
• Assisting with health and safety management and ensuring compliance with food hygiene practices.
• Managing and training Commis Chefs.
• Monitoring portion and waste control.
• Overseeing kitchen and food safety standards.
