    About the position:

    The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing global partnerships to increase revenue for the business by identifying and developing new partnerships, maintaining existing accounts, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing global partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve corporate revenue goals

    Identify and develop New Global Partnerships

    Maintain and grow existing Partnerships through regular communication and relationship-building

    Negotiate contracts, rates, and other terms with Global Partners

    Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies as needed

    Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and revenue management, to maximize sales opportunities

    Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote Koi's Business and Services

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

    5+ years of experience in Managing Global Partnerships

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

    Willingness to travel as needed
