    JobDescription:World2Dooris seeking a motivated and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager todrive retailer onboarding and expansion efforts in the UAE. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce with afocus on onboarding retailers and managing partnerships to enhanceproduct offerings on ourplatform.
    Responsibilities:
    • Identifyand onboard retail partners across various sectors includingfurniture carpets electronics garden/outdoor furniture beds& mattresses and sanitaryware.
    • Establish and maintain strongrelationships with retailers both online and offline to facilitatetheir integration into the World2Doorplatform.
    • Collaborate with the sales andmarketing teams to develop strategies for increasing retailerparticipation and product offerings on ourplatform.
    • Conduct market research to identifypotential retailers and product categories that align with ourcustomers preferences and demands.
    • Work closelywith retailers to understand their shipping and deliveryrequirements and ensure seamless integration with ourplatform.
    • Develop and implement promotionalcampaigns and initiatives to drive retailer engagement and customeracquisition.
    • Provide training and support toretailers on using the World2Door platform effectively to maximizetheir sales and reach global customers.
    • Monitorand analyze retailer performance metrics such as sales volume andcustomer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement andoptimization.
    • Stay updated on industry trendscompetitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunitiesfor growth and innovation.
    • Represent World2Doorat industry events conferences and networking functions to buildbrand awareness and foster partnerships with keystakeholders.

    Requirements:
    • Minimumof 2 years of experience in ecommerce with a focus on retaileronboarding and partnerships.
    • Valid UAE drivinglicense is mandatory.
    • Fluent in English;proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is anadvantage.
    • Experience working with all/ anyfurniture retailers carpet retailers electronic retailersgarden/outdoor furniture retailers beds & mattressretailers and sanitary ware retailers is aplus.
    • Strong negotiation communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
