    Role OverviewWe are seeking motivated and ambitious Emirati graduates to join Otis, UAE. This entry-level role is designed to provide fresh graduates with exposure to real work environments across different business areas. Based on your interests, strengths, and business needs, you will be assigned to a suitable function within the company.
    This position is ideal for candidates who want to start their career, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a professional and supportive environment.
    • Participate in hands-on training and guided learning
