    JOBPURPOSE:

    Quality Assurance(QA) testing is crucial in the software development life cycle. Itaims to ensure the organizations product is of the highest qualitypossible.

    A QA Tester is a professionalresponsible for testing the functionality and usability of new orexisting software
    before its release to guarantee it isbugfree. They collaborate closely with developers providingfeedback on the areas that require improvement to create topnotchsoftware that meets customer expectations.
    A QA testerworks with software or a website to ensure it operates correctly.They aim to prevent defective applications or other technologiesfrom getting to the customer. QA testersachieve this by conducting manual andautomated tests during the products developmentphase. The goal is to try and break thesystem or force it to malfunction. This gives developersthe necessary knowledge tomake product adjustments before it hits themarket.

    KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:
    Execute test cases (manually or usingautomated tools) and analyse the results.
    Evaluate theproduct code as per the given specifications.
    Create logsto document the testing phases and defects.
    Review thetest procedures and develop test scripts.
    Report bugs anderrors to the development teams.
    Help troubleshootissues.
    Conduct postrelease/ postimplementationtesting.
    Work with crossfunctional teams to ensurequality throughout the software developmentlifecycle.


    QUALIFICATIONS& SKILLS:
    Technical Qualifications &Experience
    Minimum 5 years of proven experience as aQuality Assurance Tester
    A good working knowledge of testmanagement software programming languages and QAmethodologies.
    Working knowledge of test managementsoftware (e.g. qTest Zephyr) and SQL
    Knowledge of variousprogramming languages (e.g. Java C SQL Objective C and/orSwift)
    Experience using webbased and mobile testingframeworks (ex: Selenium WebDriver)
    Experience usingproject tracking software
    Experience using versioncontrol systems (ex: Git or Mercurial)
    ISTQB FoundationLevel would be an advantage
    Experience in Agileframeworks and regression testingdesired

    Agile/Digital Experience
    Experience in Agile Development
    Experience working withCI/CD pipelines.
    Experience with the App releasecycle.
