We are looking for a compassionate Internistto provide long-term, comprehensive care to our patients and manageboth common and complex diseases. You should be able to effectivelydiagnose patients and suggest a successful course oftreatment.

To be successful as an Internist youmust be able to prescribe and administer medications,immunizations, and other nonsurgical treatments. You should also beable to develop long-lasting, rewarding relationships with yourpatients.

InternistResponsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensivemedical evaluations and assessments for patients, includingperforming physical examinations, reviewing medical histories, andordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
2. Diagnoseand treat a wide range of medical conditions, both acute andchronic, utilizing evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines.
3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plansfor patients, considering their medical history, preferences, andoverall health goals.
4. Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, includingspecialists, nurses, and support staff, to provide comprehensivepatient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
5. Stayupdated on the latest advancements and research in the field ofinternal medicine, attending conferences, seminars, and continuingmedical education activities.
6. Provide patienteducation on disease prevention, management, and lifestylemodifications, empowering them to actively participate in theirhealthcare journey.
7. Document all patient encounters,assessments, and treatment plans accurately and timely inelectronic medical records, ensuring compliance with privacyregulations.
8. Communicate effectively with patients,their families, and other healthcare providers, promoting clear andopen lines of communication to foster a collaborative andpatient-centric approach to care.
9. Participate inquality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical practiceguidelines to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, andoverall healthcare delivery.
10. Maintain a professionaland ethical approach in all aspects of work, demonstratingcompassion, empathy, and integrity when interacting with patientsand colleagues.

InternistRequirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree in biology, physical sciences, or a relatedfield.
• Doctor of medicine (MD) degree or adoctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) degree.
• 3to 7 years' internship and clinical residency training,specializing in internal medicine.
• Successfulcompletion of the Internal Medicine CertificationExamination.
• Certification by The AmericanBoard of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in internalmedicine.
• Valid and active medical license inthe current country practice.
• Exceptionalattention to detail.
• Outstanding research andanalytical skills.
• Excellent communicator whocan empathize with patients.
