    JobSummary:

    We are lookingfor a highly motivated and skilled Deputy Manager in theconstruction industry with 7 to 10 years of handson experience. Theideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managingconstruction projects ensuring they are completed on time withinbudget and to the highest qualitystandards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with project managers toplan execute and finalize projects according to establisheddeadlines budgets and qualitystandards.
    • Supervise and lead project teamsproviding guidance motivation and support to ensure effectivecollaboration and project success.
    • Implementand maintain quality control processes to ensure constructionprojects meet or exceed industry standards and clientexpectations.
    • Monitor project budgets expensesand financial performance taking corrective actions as needed toensure projects remain within budgetconstraints.
    • Identify and mitigate potentialrisks and issues that may impact project delivery ensuringproactive measures are taken to addresschallenges.
    • Establish and maintain strongrelationships with clients keeping them informed about projectprogress changes and addressing their concerns in a timely andprofessional manner.
    • Ensure that allconstruction activities comply with relevant regulations codes andsafety standards.
    • Identify opportunities forprocess improvement and innovation within the constructionmanagementprocess.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineeringor Architecture.
    • 7 to 10 years of provenexperience in the building construction industry emphasizingproject management.
    • Strong leadership and teammanagement skills.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Indepth knowledge ofconstruction processes materials and safetyregulations.
    • Proficiency in project managementsoftware and tools.
    • Ability to multitaskprioritize and manage timeefficiently.
