    The Sharjah Education Academy is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Dean of Education.


    About the Role:


    The Dean of Education will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in education programs across the academy. This includes developing and enhancing academic programs consistent with international standards and contemporary research in teaching and learning.



    • Leads faculty teams to provide strategic direction for quality and development of educational programs, curricula, assessments aligned with international standards

    • Manages day-to-day academic operations ensuring high academic standards compliance

    • Evaluates program impacts employers plans continuous improvements
