    Supervising the daily operations of the frontoffice, ensuring they run smoothly andefficiently.
    Manage and train front office staff,including receptionists and concierges, to provide excellentcustomer service.
    Develop and implement policies andprocedures for the front office, ensuring adherence to companystandards.
    Handle guest complaints and resolve issues ina professional and timely manner.
    Manage roomreservations and coordinate with the cleaning and maintenancedepartment to ensure guest satisfaction.
    Monitor andmanage the front office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveoperations.
    Maintain accurate records of guestinformation and transactions, ensuring data confidentiality andsecurity.
    Coordinate with other departments, such assales and marketing, to ensure smooth communication andcollaboration.

    Required profile ofcandidates
    Bachelor's degree in HospitalityManagement or related field.
    Proven experience inreception management, preferably in a luxury hotel orresort.
    Excellent communication and communicationskills.
    Strong leadership and team managementabilities.
    Attention to detail and problem solvingskills.
    Proficiency in using hotel management softwareand Microsoft Office.
    Ability to work under pressure andmanage multiple tasks at the same time.
    Flexibility towork different shifts, including evenings, weekends andholidays.
    Strong customer service orientation and abilityto handle difficult guests professionally.
