- 3 – 5 years UAEexperience in MEP contracting companies in service sales andmarketing for MEP projects and maintenanceworks
- Sufficient database for UAE contractorsand consultants
- Have the ability to grab eachopportunity and generate enquiries from variousclients
- Have the ability to grab eachopportunity and generate enquiries from various clients, follow upfor quoted jobs till receiving the job order from theclient
- Following up close withcontractors/clients for payment collection ontime
- Excellent skills for negotiation withcustomers till finalizing the job and receiving the joborders
- Fluent in spoken and written Englishlanguage and excellent communication skills for present ourcompany
- Have the ability to review HVACprojects and maintenance jobs prior forwarding to estimationteam
- Have the ability to do estimation worksfor small & medium HVAC and maintenancejobs
- Good knowledge in various HVAC system (DX,VRV, chilled water etc) to perform site inspection for tenderjobs
- Preparation of costings. BOQ'sand quotation for various MEP and maintenancejobs
- Preparation and submission of tenderdocuments on time
- Achieving the assigned salestarget
