We are looking for a qualified Business Development Manager to manage our stock & operation team and provide effective guidance.
You will be responsible for supervising and developing the opportunities related to our current inventory of spare parts and vehicles.
You will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of service to the customer.
- Ensuring consumables and service parts are timely ordered.
- Managing the relationship with spare parts.
- Responsible for achieving assigned upselling sales targets for the company services.
- Supply valuable reporting and metrics related to operations and stock.
- Oversee daytoday operation.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Indepth knowledge of performance metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and timemanagement skills
- Decisionmaking skills
Qualifications
- At least 10 years' relevant experience preferably in Automotive Industry
- Proficient in English, French will be added advantage.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility and Agility.
Salary:
AED2, AED6,000.00 per month
