    is an excitingopportunity within the Government and Public Sector Business Unitto work with its Legal and Transformation Management Consultingteams where you will play a key role in leading and deliveringnational transformation projects across multiple sectors in theMiddle East. We focus on helping solve client problems by offeringboth strategic and operationalexpertise.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Manager or Director youll work as part of a team ofproblem solvers helping resolve complex business issues fromstrategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilitiesfor this management level include but are not limitedto:

    • Provide consulting services to our Government and Public Sectorclients in the Middle East including strategy development contractevaluation and processmanagement.

    • Develop relationships with new and existing clients through workingclosely with their teams to identify their needs and connectingthem with the relevant teams forsupport.

    • Lead a team of consultants to deliver projects with focus onregulatory transformation public policy public entity structuringand restructuring public strategy and policyimplementation.

    • Lead and deliver large complex client engagements that identifydesign and implement creative solutions for Public Sector entitieswith focus on public policy analysis and development regulatorytransformation public and government entities structuring andrestructuring legal departments transformation legislativebenchmarking and development based on best practices. Implement andoversee the quality of deliverables effectively manage thefunctional and technical team support functional tracks of thetransformation and relationships to ensure exceptionalperformance.

    • Conduct project management activities to ensure timely delivery ofprojects against quality andcost

    • Manage and participate in the development and presentation ofbusiness development activities such as developing quality businessproposals for opportunities overseeing the process of responding topublic bids for consulting work and drafting thought leaderships orother capital contentcreation


    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a Consulting environment working closely withpublic sectorclients.

    • Experience in the overall public policy development cycle to coverdesign development analysis and implementation andevaluation.

    • Experience in regulatory transformation and public entitiesstructures and frameworks (including but not limited to laws andregulations).

    • Proven ability to engage with various stakeholders such as industryexperts leads policy makers and other stakeholder networks tosupport in the policy developmentprocess

    • Proven ability to manage and lead projects andteams.

    • Experience in the Middle East region is an asset. Knowledge of theKSA market ispreferrable.

    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in EnglishANDArabic

    • Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant major (such as publicpolicy law political science) or other related field with apreference for a relevant Mastersdegree

    • Years of Experience: Minimum 710 years of experience 3 of which arein a Consulting firm in the MiddleEast.
    • Experience in leadingprojects and teams in a multidisciplinarystructure.
    • Identify project objectives policies procedures and performancestandards.

    • Evaluate project outcomes in terms of quality consistency accuracyoverall value completion dates and providerperformance.

    • Ensure that recording and maintaining a project database containingall related information (data documents reports etc.) takesplace.
