- Assemble and install complex industrial machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in industrial settings
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of work performed
- Provide training and support to junior team members
- Travel to various client sites to install and inspect equipment as needed
- Keep updated on latest industry advancements and techniques to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment assembly and installation process
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols in industrial settings
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to various client sites as needed
- Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies and techniques
