Excellent skills in customer/guest interaction, including resolution of problems.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of educational principles and instructional design models.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong public speaker, with the ability to readily adjust to audience.
Proficient in current computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).Experience and passion for working with children.
Knowledge and ability to deliver an educational message about current environmental issues.
