Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the construction of new substations and refurbishment projects, ensuring adherence to ADDC standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate shutdown works with ADDC and OEMs, demonstrating strong project management skills.
  • Provide technical expertise on various electrical equipment such as switchgears, capacitor banks, DC systems, and protection systems.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ADDC projects, with a focus on substation construction and refurbishment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Demonstrated management capability, with experience coordinating shutdown works and managing project timelines.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Preferable competency certification from ADDC for equipment up to 33 KV.
