Zapegg Tax Consultant, a prominent firm providing comprehensive tax services in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as requested by management.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
  • Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
  • UAE residency or valid work permit.
