    Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading multinational provider of advanced technology solutions serving the Defence Oil & Gas sectors and Fortune 500 enterprise companies.

    Our client is seeking a dynamic VP of Marketing who will undertake the development and execution of a comprehensive global marketing strategy emphasizing demand generation ABM content strategy brand building and PR.

    This role involves overseeing regional campaigns setting strategic goals budgeting managing a highperforming team and evaluating campaign effectiveness.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement a global marketing strategy to promote products and services. Collaborate with regional teams to align marketing efforts with sales pipeline goals. Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns measuring their impact. Establish and maintain brand guidelines visual standards and targeted messaging. Deploy accountbased marketing activities to expand our presence in named accounts. Manage the global marketing budget focusing on sales pipeline impact. Lead content strategy and development including case studies white papers and press releases. Build and manage a highperforming marketing team ensuring effective coordination.
    Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. 10 years of B2B marketing experience in highgrowth technology or SaaS environments. Strong knowledge of brand marketing PR content management digital and performance marketing. Proven track record of team and budget management with excellent project management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data. Ability to build relationships navigate matrix environments and lead highperforming teams. Strategic thinker problem solver and adaptable to change. International and multicultural experience.
